Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your ÀNAMI product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided for all returns.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Damaged items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return in your email.
  • Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions on how to send the product back.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at info@anamibeauty.com. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Exclusions

  • Items purchased during sale or discounted promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or any other non-returnable products are not eligible for return or exchange.
